AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
r~ ~~ BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TP-160" (TIA'IBER
PRESERVE) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
~ ( The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 o.f the Butte County
3 Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "TP-160" (Timber Preserve - 160 acre parcels) District,
7 and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
g uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-190.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
1p area of Butte:County, Concow area, more particularly described as
li follows:
~2 The NE 1/4 of Section 1$, T23N, RSE, MDBF~M,
excepting therefrom the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4
13 of the NE l/4.
14 Containing 131.625 acres, more or less, Concow area.
15 SECTION 2. This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby
16 declared to be in full force and effect from~and after thirty (30)
17 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
~.8 fifteen (15) days after its .passage, this Ordinance shall be
- 19 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
24 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
21 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 County of Butte,-State of California, on the 24th day of March
24 1981, by the following vote:
