AN ORDINANCE RELATIVE TO PARKING AT THE:
PARADISE JUSTICE COURT AND I~IEMORIAL HALL COMPLEX
Y The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
3 Section 1. Parking in the Paradise Justice Court and
4 Memorial Hall Complex, including all County owned property buC
6 not including along Town of Paradise Streets, is hereby limited`
g t~ a four-hour duration.
7 Section 2. The Director of Public works of the County
8 of ~3utte is hereby directed to place signs within the Justice
~ Court--Memorial Hall Complex, solely on County owned property,'.
10 -which reflect that parking is limited to a four-hour period and
1Z that the Director of Public Works, upon request of the Sheriff
12 of the County of Butte, is further authorized to remove any
~.3 vehicles that are left overnight at said complex, and the signs
1~4 referred to above shall also make reference to the fact that
15 vehicles left overnight will be towed away and the signs shall,'.
16 pursuant to law, state where the vehicles may be redeemed.
17 Section 3. Violation of the provisions of this
18 ordinance is an infraction, subject to a fine not to exceed One
19 Hundred Dollars ($100.00). It shall. be the duty of the Sheriff
20 of the County of Butte to enforce the provisions of this
2i ordinance.
22 Section 4. That this ordinance shall take effect
23 thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before tkie'
24 expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
~ published with the names of the members voting for and against
2B it in the Paradise Post , a newspaper
i published in the County of Butte, State a~ California.
