of this Board of Supervisors, an Assessment together with a Diagram-
and EngineerTs Certificate to represent the costs and expenses
'(including incidental expenses) for the work of improve?Went of
'P•~orningside Drive from its intersection with Hilldale Avenue to
its intersection with Glen Avenue and also the southwesterly side of
`~Hilldale Avenue from a point approximately 100 feet southwesterly
'from the intersection of Hilldale Avenue and ilIorningside Drive
`from said intersection also the northerly side of Glen Avenue
from a point approximately 100 feet southwesterly from tree inter--

:'`'section of Glen Avenue and P~iorningside Drive to a point approximately
100 feet northeasterly from said intersection, in the County of Butte,
!sState of California. The proceedings for the making of which im-
provements were initiated by the adoption of this Board of the
'Resolution of Intention - P~!orningside Drive Assessment District
,passed and adopted on E~ay 2, 1960, and Resolution of Intention to
'.Order Changes in Improvement Proceedings passed and adopted by this
`;Board of Supervisors on the 16th day of January 1961, said Resolutians
'have been duly published according to the Streets and Highvaays Code
of the State. of California, and
Z^dHEREAS, February 20, 1961, was the time fixed by the said
Clerk for the hearing by this Board upon the assessment, and it also
`tvas the time fixed for the hearing of any appeals by any person in-
€terested in said work or in said assessment, and
WHEREAS, no appeal has been made to this Board by any person.
'and this Board has heard the evidence upon said Assessment with the
'Diagram and Engineerts certificate attached thereto, is satisfied
;':that the same is correct; therefore

IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED that said Assessment, together
~,~th the diagram and Engineerts Certificate attached thereto, be, ,and
`the same are hereby ratified, approved, and confirmed in all respects
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY
OF' BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORPiIA TIiZS 20th day of FEBRUARY, 1961, by
