ORDINANCE N0. 2207
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
~, BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "R-3" (MEDTUM DENSITY:
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN, as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situatedin
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "R-3" (Medium Density Residential) District, and such
area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses'~and
regulations. pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-141.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated.
area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
', The SW 306.9 ft. of the SE 75.0 ft. of the NW
150.0 ft, of the SE 330 ft. of Lot 35 of "Hobart
Sub" per map of Record in Map Baok 40 an Page 24

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby:'
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
supervisors voting fox and against it in the Chita Enterprise,; a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
