The Board of Supervisors of the Coctnty of Butte, State of California9 under and pursuant to Chapter 2~~2q of the Butte County Code of said County: DO ORDAIN as follows: ~' SECTION '€. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of ~. .Butte, State of California, shall be and it a.s hereby zoned as a "A~'160" (Agricultural) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions; and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24--8~€. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of $~ztte County, generally northwest of Oroville, more particularly described as follows: The S~/z of -the S~/z of Sec. 8 and al.l of Sec, '17, T20N, R3E, MDB&M located S of the southerly right-of~way line of St. Hwy. '14q. That portion of Sec. 'IS, T2ONg R3E, MDB&M Located S and E of the' centerline of Shippee Road. A11 of Seca 20, the N/z of Sec. 'Tq, a~~d the N~z of Sec. 2q, all in' T20N, R3E, MDB&M. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described parcel: All that property located within 'BOO ft. of the centerline of Gold Run Creek, excepting therefrom that portion located within .,'' the r.; ad right--of-way as shown on that Tentative Parcel Map for M.G.N. Farms approved by the Butte County Advisory Agency on October 27, ~tg80, and on file in the Office of the Butte County Public Works Dept, and also excepting therefrom that portion located within the right-of-way of St. Hwy.
