ORDINANCE NO . 2 210
AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
i OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "RT-l" {MINIMUM ''
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL, MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of the Butte ?County
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated; in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "RT-I" {Minimum Density Residential _ Mobile Home)
istrict for a period of one hundred twenty {l20} days, and such
rea shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses'and
}
egulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-150.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
rea of Butte County, near Oroville, more particularly described as
01lOwS:
Lot ~aQ and the W I/2 of Lot 49 of "Lee-Higgins
Tract" per map of record in Map Book 6 on Page
73 on file in the office of the Butte County !'
Recorder, Oroville.
SECTION 2, This urgency ordinance shall take effect's
'mmediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
{l5) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
f the members of the Board of Supervisors voting far and agai~.st
he same in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper in general circulation
n the County of Butte, State of California. The fact constituting
he urgency on which this Ordinance is based is:
1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the'<'
public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
ounty of Butte, State of California, on the 14th day of April, 1.981
