The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby coned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home) District for a period of one hundred twenty ('320) days, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Sec. 24~-93- Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, south of Oroville, more particularly describe as fall_ows: All that certain real property situate an the County of Butta, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Sec _ 34, and a por~ti on of the NE~/4 0~ Sec . 33, T'I~I~T, R4E, MDB&.M, .ore particularly described as follows: Commencing at the ~4 corner cowman to said Sections 33 and 34; thence along the S line of the NEy~- of said Sec_ 33, S 89° 25' 30" W, 597.'l2 ft. to the SW corner of that cer- tain parcel of land described in the Deed from Robert Buser, e~t ux, to Mary N.
