The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, D0 ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That Section 24-21.28 of the Butte L"ounty
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
X21.28 Mobile Home. A structure transportable in
one or more sections, designed and equipped to contain not more
than two dwelling units to be used without a foundation system.
Mobile home does not include commercial coach, factory built
housing as defined in Section 19971 of the Health and Safety
Gode, or a mobile home, placed on a foundation system., pursuant
'to Section 18551 of the Health and Safety Code.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be and it is
hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after
thirty (3~) days after the date of its passage, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ordinance
shall be published once with the names of the members of the
Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the
Chico En~.er .rise Record , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Cali€ornia, this l2th day of May,
19$1, by the fallowing vote:
