The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24=30 of the Butte County
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial) District for a period of one
hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte
County Code Section 24-105.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as folio+rrs:
The southwesterly 1/Z ofi Lot 1 of Block 57 of
the "Chico Veci no" Subdivision per Pap of
Record in Map Book 5 on Page 16 of the Butte
County Recorder.
Containing .2l acres, more or less, Chico.
SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(75) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper in general
'circulation in he County of Butte:; State of California.- The fact

County of Butte, State of California, on the 2nd day of June, 1981,
