The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:,
Section 1 that Section No. 3(A} of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN ~'OR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 4 A of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR~APPOINTED DEPARTMENT
HEADS is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

28.0 0125 Environmental Review Director
Section 3 that Section No. 48 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW 442-001 is hereby
amended by deleting the sect~..on in its entirety.
Section ~ that Section No. 52 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled PLANNING - ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW 480-005
be added as follows:

This ordinance shall take effect on J'ul 10, 1.981 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before
the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board. of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 9.th day of June , 1981., by the
