AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2a6o OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
~. The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
3 Section 1 that Section No. ~4Q A of Ordinance No. za6a of the
4 County of Butte entitled AGRICULTURE - MEDITERRANEAN FRUIT FLY
5 PROGRAM 46o-ao3 be added as follows:
6 Positions Classification Title
7 1 Agricultural Biologist II, I
S This ordinance shall take effect on July 18, 1981 ,
9 which is beyond 3a days after the date of its adoption, and before
la the expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it s hall be
11 published in a newspaper in the County of Butte, State of
12 California.
13 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
