The~'Board of Supervisors~of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION ~.. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of Cal ifarnia, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "FR-5" (Foothill Recreational - 5 acre parcels)- Distxict
and such area shall. be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-112 (a)
Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Oraville, moxe particularly described as
follows:
A11 of lots 1 and 2 of Sec. 31, T20N RbE MDBFM.
Containing 89.48 acres, more or less, approx. 15 miles
northeast of Oroville.
SE GTION 2. Thais Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
newspaper published -in the County of -Butte ,,.:Sta.te ,nf Cal,fornia,

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors o~ the
County of Butte, State of California, an the 23rd day of June
1981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Saraceni, Wheeler and Chairman Moseley
