The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
under and pursuant to Chapter 24.29 of the Butte County Code of said Co~~nty DD
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION '[. The hereinafter described area situated. in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "R.,3" (Medium
Density Residential) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrict
and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 2~~-'~4'3.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Chico, more particularly described as fo~.lows:
Lots '~ and 2 of "McCulley Block't per Map of Record on file in
Map Boo4~ ~ on Page. 23 in the Office of the Butte County Recorder,
Containing 3.32 acres, more or less9 Chico.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its
passage, and before the expiration of fifteen ('[5) days after its passage, this
Ordinance sha~.l be published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspap
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
