ORDINANCE N4.2229 ~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 21.28 OF
CHAPTER 24 OF THE BUTTE COUNTY CODE
~, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
2 of California, DO ORDAIN as follows:
3 SECTION 1. That Section 24-21.28 of the Butte County
4 Code is hereby amended to read as follovrs:
5 ys21.28 Mobile Home. A structure transportable in one or
6 more sections, designed and equipped to contain not more than two
7 dv~relling units to be used without a foundation system. Mobile home
8 does not include commercial coach, factory built housing as defined
9 in Section 19971 of the Health and Safety Code, or a mobile home
la certified under the National Mobile ]lame Construction and Safety
lI Standards Act of 1974 {42 U,S.C. Section 5401 et seq), placed on a
12 foundation system, pursuant to Section 15551 of the Health and
~.3 Safety Code.
~.4 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
15 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty {30)
16 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
17 fifteen {15) days after its passage, this ordinance shall be
18 published ante with the names of the members of the Board of
~.9 Supervisors voting for and against i t i n the k~aradise Post ~ a
2d newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
