The board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of Ualiforriia, UO UkUAI~1 as follows
Section 1. 't'hat Section L5-2 of the ~dutte County Code
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby and it is declared
to be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty (:~U) days
after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the
Gridley Herald
a newspaper published in the Gounty of Eutte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Hoard of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 21st day of
