Section 24-149.1 of the Butte County Code is 4 hereby added to read as follows: ~ X24-14.9.1. R-N (Residential-Nonconforming). Zone.. g (A) USES PERMITTED: q 1 . One single-fami ly dwel 1 i ng per parcel including. trail g ers o.r mobile homes. g 2. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted--uses, ~p 3. Household pets (but not including livestock, .poultry, I1 or poisonous reptiles). 12 (B} USES REQUIRING USE PERMITS: The following uses .are ~3 permitted subject to securing a use permit in each case: 14 1. Duplex dwellings and multiple family dwellings. is 2.
