AN INTERIiri ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY ~
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN ''AR-MH" [AGRIGiJLTURAL
RESIDENTIAL-MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT
1 ~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 ~Cal.ifornza, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of the Butte County
3 Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION ~.. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby ~
B zoned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home) District,
7 for a period of one hundred twenty [120) days, and such area sha11
8 be`subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
9~pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-93.
10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
I1 area of Butte County, south of Oroville, more particularly described
12 as follows:
13 All that real property situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, described as
14 follows:
15 Being a portion of Section 34 and a portion of the
NE 1/4 of Section 33, T19N R4E ~'~DBFM and more
lg particularly described as follows:
1'7 Commencing at the quarter corner common to said Sections
33 and 34; thence along the S line of the NE 1/4 of
l.g said Section 33, S 89° 25' 30" t~I, 1311.98 ft. to the
SW corner of the E l/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section
lg 33; thence N 0° 03' 30" W, along the its line of the E
l/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 33, a distance of
2p 302.64 ft. to the true paint of beginning for the parcel
herein described; thence from said true paint of beginning

of the NE 1/4 of said Section 33, a distance of 432.00
22 ft, to the S line of the parcel conveyed by deed from
Morley Henderson and wife to T. H. Smith and wife in
23 Book 41.6 of Butte County Official Records, at page 224,
N 89° 5$' 30" E, 533.00 ft.; thence leaving sand line,
24 S 0° 34' 30" W, 390.22 ft.; thence S $5° 25' 15" Z~',
530 .34~ ft. to the point of beginning .

26 SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect

Zimmediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
2 ~'(l5) days after its passage sha11 be published once with the names
3 of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting far and against
4 the same in the Oroville r~ercuxy, a newspaper in general circulation
5 in the County of Butte,~State of California. The fact consfituting
~ the urgency on which this Ordinance is based is:
7 To protect the health, welfare and safety of the public.
8 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
9 County of Butte, State of California, on the 2lst day of July, 1981,
