AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OP THE COt?NTY OF'
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "L-I" (LIMITED
INP.USTRIAL) DISTRICT, PtIRSt?ANT TO CI~APTEP. 24-29.
~, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
3 Code of said County DD ORDAiPa as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall. be and. it is hereby
6 zoned as an "L-I" (Limited Industrial) District, and such area shat
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
8 pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-113.5,

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall. be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supexvisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND AT?OPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 4th day of August
1.981, by the following vote:
AYES: Supexvisors Saraceni, Wheeler and Chairman Moseley
