ORDTNANCE N0. 2240
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALTFORNIA, A "TP-160" (TIP~iBER
PRESERVE) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER Z4-Z9.
~ I The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter Z4-29 of the Butte Caunty
3 Code of said Caunty DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION? 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "TP-160" (Timber Preserve - 160 acre parcels) Distract,
7 }and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
8 ~~uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-160.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Feather Falls area, more particularly describe
Il as follows:
12 The NW 1/4 of the N~~T 1/4, the NE 1/~- of the NHS' l/4, ~
the SE 1/4 of the I~~^I 1/4, and the N 1/2 of the S~~ 1/~ of
13 the NW i/4 of Section 12 TZON, R6E, MDB~~D?. j
1.4 SECTION Z. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
I.5 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
16 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
17 fifteen (l 5) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
18 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
19 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville A~ercury, a
20 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California, on the 4th day of August
23 1981, by the following vote:
24 AYE 5: Supervisors Aolan, Saraceni, Wheeler and Chairman Moseley
