PRESERVE) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO C~IAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Calif ornia, under and pursuant to Chapter Z4-29 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "TP-160'° (Timber Preserve - 150 acre parcels) District,
and such area shall be subject to the rest~ictians and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Caunty Code Section 24-1.50.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincoxporated
area of Butte County, Feather Falls area, more particularly describe
as follows
PARCEL 1: The E 1/2 of the S 330 ft. of the NW 1:/4
of the NW 1/4 of the E 1/2 of the N 330 ft. of the
SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, T20N, R7E, MDB$M.
PARCEL 2: The jV 1/2 of th.e SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 17, T20N, R7E, MDB~M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the southerly 330 ft. thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the northerly 330 ft. thereof.
PARCEL 3: The E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section l7, T20N, R7E, h;DB€M.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the southerly 330 ft. thereof.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEPEFROM the northerly 330 ft. thereof.
SECTLON 2`.- This Ordinance -shall ;b~e and it is hereby....;
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
