The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, StatE: of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "R-3" (Medium Density Residential) District, and such area shall be subject to the restric- tions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24--1~1. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows: All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as folloWS: Lots 1, 2 & 3 as shown on that certain parcel map filed with the Butt° County Recorder in Book ~9 of maps on page 35; and A portion of Lots 5~ & 81 as shown on that certain map entitled "Bidwell Second Subdivision" filed with the Butte County Recorder in Book 5, page 27 mare particularly described a.~ follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southwesterly line of said Lot 81 with the northerly line o:f Sacramento Avenue; thence N 125.00 ft.; thence N 770 36' W X79.37 ft.; thence S 177.E ft. to a point on the northerly line of said Sacramento Ave.; thence E 2b8.6 ft. to the point of beginning; and A portion of Lot 81, as shown on that certain Map entitled, !'Map of the Second Subdivision of the John Bidwell. Containing approximately 9 acres, Chico. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is he~re~by declared to be in full force and effect from~arid~-after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen ('15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico Enterprisep a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
