ORDINANCE NO. 2246
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OI' THE COUNTY 0~' BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "MHP" (MOBILE HOME PARS) DISTRICT,
PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24.•29•
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
2 under and pursuant to Chap'~er 24--29 of the Butte County Code of Said County
$ DO ORDAIN as follows:
,4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the CoSrnty of
$ Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as a "MHP" (Mobile
g Home Park) District, and such area shall be subject to the restri~.ctions and
~j' restricted uses and regu]~ations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-.120.
$ Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte
g County, Chica, more particularly described as follows:
lp All that certain real property situate in the County of Bute,
State of California, described as follows:

A port~.on of Lot 17 according to that certain map entitled,
12 "Hobart Subdivision of Daniel Bidwell Ranch," which map was
filed in the office of the Recorder of Butte County4 California,
13 November 7, 190- in Map Book 4 at page 24, and more particularly
described as follows:

Beginna~ng at the Northeast corner of said Lot 17, which point
15 is the centerline intersection of Norseman and Lassen Avenue;
thence Westerly 208.55 ft. along the Northerly line of said
16 Lot 17 and the centerline of Lassen Avenue; thence Southerly
417.`[0 ft. parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot 1`~;
- 17 thence Easterly 208.55 ft. parallel with the Northerly line
a£ said Lot 17 to a point in the centerline of Norseman Ave.;
18 thence Northerly 417.10 ft. along the Easterly line of said
Lot 17 and the centerline of Norseman Avenue to the point of

20 Containing 2.0 acres, more or less, Chico.
21 SECTION 2. This Ordii~az~ce shall be and it is hereby declared to be
22 in full force and effect from and after thirty (3O) days a~'ter the date of its
23 passage, and before the e~cpiratz,on of fifteen (15) days after its passages this
24 Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board
~ of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a newspaper
28 published in the Co~.~nty of Butte9 State of California.
