(b) The storage of materials and objects around the residential dwellings as shown on the development plan shall be limited to those which are necessary to, appurtenant to and custo- ~marily associated with the residential use of the development; and (c) The height of all principal structures as shown on the Development Plan shall not exceed a height of two (2) stories or 3S feet; and (d) The keeping of livestock including. hors es and the development of stables shall be prohibited; and (e) Signs shall be limited to an identification of the development not to exceed two (2) in number with a maximum size of 5Q square feet each, except that signs advertising the development and sale and/or rental of units may be permitted until 85 percent of the dwellings are soYd and/or rented ar until a pexiod of five (5) years has elapsed whichever is first. The developer -shall be responsible for the removal of all signs associated with the sale and/or rental of said property. SECTTOI~' 4. Ta ensure that the homeowners association is adequately formed to meet these xesponsibilities, the developer shall submit copies of said homeowners association agreement to the Butte County Planning Department for review and approval prior to the recordation of any subsequent map authorizing the sa~~e of any 'real property in conjunction with this development. SECTION S. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30~ days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published ante with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California, PASSED ANn ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,- State. of California, on the 15th- day of September, 1981, by the following vote:.
