AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
OF B~JTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A r'C-2'r {GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under andpursuant to Chapter 2~-30 of the Butte County
3 Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, sha11 be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "G-2'r [General Commercial) District for a period of
q eight [$) months, and such area shah. be subject to the restrictions
8 and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
g Section 24-105.
10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described. as follows:
12 The southwesterly l/2 of Lot 1 of Block 57 of
the "Chico Vecino" Subdivision per Map of Record
13 in Map Book 5 on Page l6 of the Butte County Recorder.
14 Containing .21 acres, more or less, Chico.
15 SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance .shall take effect
16 immediately upon its passage, and before the- expiration of fifteen
17 (15) days of ter its passage shall be published once with the names
lg of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
lg the same in the Chico Enterprise Record, a newspaper in general
20 circulation in the County of Butte, State. of California. The fact
