ORDINANCE NO. 2249
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OP
BI3TTE, STATE OP CALIFORNIA, A "TM~-~" (TIMBER
MOUA~TATN] DISTRICT, PURSLIANT TO CHAPTER 24-Z9.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
;alifornia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
~ade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SEGTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "TM-1" (Timber A~~ountain - 1. acre parcels]. District, and
such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-165,
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Forest Ranch, more particularly described as
Eo 11 oyas
Being a portion of Lot 2 of the N 1/2 of Sec. 7,
T23N, R3E, MDB~~~ and being as shown an that certain
Record of Survey Map fox Donald N Choate and, Robert
Martin, which map was filed in the Office of the
Recorder of Butte County, California on September 20,
1971 in Book 39 of Maps at Pages. l9, 20, and 21 and
being also a portion of that certain Quitclaim deed.ta
Don Doerschlag, recorded September 30, 1980 in Book
2555 of the Official Records of Butte County at Page
335 and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the NE corner of said Lot 2, being as
shown an said Record of Survey ~4ap; thence as shown
on sand. Record of Survey-Map following along the N
boundary line of said Sec. 7, N 86° 17' 39" Z0 far
199.56 ft. to a.point located on the snutherly'~boundary
line on that certain parcel o.f land described in deed
to Claude ti+~ . Causley, et ux, recorded August 15, 1963

75,88 ft, to the most easterly corner of said Ritsch par-
cel; thence fallortiiing along the southeasterly-boundary

line of said Ritsch parcel, S 50° 56' 07" W for
90.85 ft. to the most southerly corner of said
Ratsch parcel; thence following along the southwester-
ly boundary line of said Ratsch parcel, N 53° 13"
Ol" W for 210.90 ft.;thence N Sfi° 46' l6" W fax
21.47 ft. to the most southerly corner of that certain
parcel of land described an deed to Edwin Hinnenberg,
recorded in Book 1074 of the Official Records of Butte
County at Page 573; thence following along the south-
westerly boundary line of said Hinnenberg parcel,
continuing N 56° 46' lfi" W for 113.58 ft. to the begin-
ning of a tangent 222.00 foot radius curve to the
right; thence following along the arc of said curve
through a central angle of 4° 17' 26" far an arc
distance of 16.62 ft., the chord of which bears N 54°
04' 06" W for 16.62 ft. to the northeasterly right-of-
way of Robert E. Lee Drive, (now known as Nopel Drive);
thence S 64° 23' S1" W far 65.24 ft. to a point on the
northeasterly boundary line of Lot 1, as shown on that
certain map entitled, "Northwoads Subdivision Unit No.
l", which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder
of Butte County in Book 23 of ?~~aps at Page 1$; thence
following along said northeasterly boundary lane,
easterly along the arc of a 282.x0 ft. non-tangent curve
concave to the NE through a central angle of IO° 13'
15" for an arc distance of 50.2$ ft. to the end of said
curve; the chard of which bears S Sl° 06' Z2" E for
50.24 ft.; thence continuing along said northeasterly
boundary line of Lot 1, S 56° 24' S0" E far 58.90 ft.
to the most easterly corner of said Lot I; thence
following along the southeasterly boundary lane of said
Northwaods Subdivision, S 33° 47' 00" W for 299.07 ft,
to a point being the most southerly corner of Lot 2
of said Subdivision; thence 5 35° D0' 00" E for 265.00
ft.; thence S 11° 19' OS" W for 287.95 ft. to a point
located on the northerly boundary line of that certain
parcel of land described in deed to Raymond P. Perry
et ux, recorded December 1, 1969 in Book 1594 of the
Official Records of Butte County, at Page 472; thence
following along said northerly boundary line, S 85°
59' 27" E for 655.11 ft. to the NE corner of said
Raymond P. Perry parcel and being a point located in
the southwesterly boundary line of Lot 1 as shown on that
certain Parcel Map for .3udsan Kirk Crum, which map was
filed in the Office of the Recorder of Butte County in
Book 45 of Parcel Maps at Page 29; thence following
along said southwesterly boundary line of Lot I, N 29°
17' 12" W for 40.00 ft.; thence N 36° 04' 31" W for
98.53 ft. to the most westerly corner of said Lot l;
thence N S6° 12' S1" E along the northwesterly line of
said Lot 1 for 114.33 ft. to a point located in the

easterly boundary line of said Lot 2 of Sec. 7;
thence fallowing along said easterly boundary line
of said Lot 2, N 1° 55' S4" E for 714.71 ft. to the
point of beginning.
Containing 13.65 acres, more or less, Foxest Ranch.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (30)
7 ays after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
g fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
g ublished once with the names of the members of the Board of
lp Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a
11 ewspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Califoxnia.
12 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
~3 County of Butte, State of California, on the 22nd day of September,
14 1951, by the following vote:
