STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "SR-3" (SUBURBAN RESIDENTIAL)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO-CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
lifornia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24--29 of the Butte County
de of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the
County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "SR-3" {Suburban - Residential - 3 acre parcels) Distric
and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-163.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, mare particularly described as follows:
The S I/2 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, T22N R1E
MDB~aM, excepting therefrom that portion located
within the city limits of Chico.
Containing T5.45 acres, more or less, Chico.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is ,hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty {34)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall, be
published ante with the names of the~,.rnembers of the Board of
Supervisors voting fox and against it in the Chico Enterpirse, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
