ORDINANCE N0. 2251
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE
BUTTE COUNTY CODE
1 The Board of Supervisors of the county of Butte,- State of
2California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
3 SECTION ~,, Section 24-141, of the Butte County Code is
4 hereby amended to read as follows:
~ ~ X24°141. R-3 (Multi Family Residential) Zone.
6 (A) USES PERMITTED:
7 ~.. One-family dwellings, two-family dwellings and multi-
8 ple-family dwellings, not including tents, trailers,
9 or mobile homes, a~.d not to exceed the densities as
- 10 set forth in the Butte County General Plan for each
IZ specific site.
12 2. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses.

13 3, Household pets (but not including livestock, poultry
14 or poisonous reptiles).
1~ (B) .USES REQUIRING USE PERMITS: The fallowing uses (are
lg .permitted) subject.to securing a use permit in each case:
17 2. Golf courses and country clubs.
lg 2, Public and quasi-public. uses including churches, .fire-
lg houses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools and

Supervisors voting for and against it in the. Oroville -Mercury a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 6th day of t3ctober
