AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 2252 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section l that Section No. 2(A) of Ordinance No. 2252 of the County
of Butte entitled 75-HOUR BI--WEEKLY SALARY SCHEDULE is hereE~y amended by
deleting the section in its entirety and adding thereto the following:
.SECTION N0. 2
(A) 75-Hour Bi-Weekly Salary Schedule: The following salary scale shall apply for
classifications indicated in the following sections of this ordinance.
As authorized in the Board of Supervisors' minute reference 80-1338, August i9, 1980
pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding ratified by the Board of Supervisors
October 20, 1987, effective November 21, 1981, the pay rates shown in Table "A"
shall be applied retroactively to all regular employees in the General and the
Management, Confidential and Supervisory Units to July 4, 1987.
An employee, as authorized by the Board of Supervisors, may be assigned an 80-hour
bi-weekly work schedule. Such employee shall be compensated at the bi-weekly
rates shown in-Table "A" increased by 0.06253 rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

This ordinance shall take effect on November 21, 1981 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.

this 2Dth day of pctober 1981, by the follouring vote:

OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PORTIONS
OF ORDINANCES INCONSISTENT THEREWITH
THE BOARD OF SUPERV~:SORS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SUBJECT AND SHORT TITLE: The salaries and number of
positions of the officers .and employees, of the County of Butte,
are fired and determined as hereinafter set forth; and the
ordinance shall be known as the "Salary Ordinance"
