AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ~ONTNG A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH't (AGRICULTURAL
RESIDENTIAL -MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
lifarnia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of the Butte County
3 Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the Gounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home) District
~ ar a period of one hundred twenty (120) days, and such area shall.
8 e subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
9 ursuant to Butte County Code Section 2~-93.
10 Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 rea of Butte County, southeast of Oroville, more particularly
12 ascribed as follows:
13 Parcel 4 of that parcel map of record in Map Book ~
59 an Page 29 on file in the office of the Butte
14 Gounty Recorder.
15 Containing 5,11 acres, more or less, southeast of Oraville
16 SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
1'7 'mmediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
18 (15) days after its passage shall. be published once with the names
19 f the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
20 he same in the Oroville Mercury, a newspaper in general circulation
21 ' n the County of Butte , State of California , The fact constituting
22 he urgency on which this Ordinance is based is:
23 To protect the health, welfare and safety of the public.
24 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
23 ounty of Butte, State of California, on the I7th day of November,
26 1981, by the fallowing vote.
