That Ordinance No. 2253 of the County of Butte, entitled BI-WEEKLY SALARY SCHEDULE is hereby repealed. Section 2. That Section 2(A) of Ordinance No. 2252 of the County of Butte, entitled BI-WEEKLY SALARY SCi~EDULE is hereby amended to read as follows: ..... ..... ..... ..... That Section 2A{1) is hereby added to read as follows: §2A(l). As authorized in the Board of Supervisors' minute reference 8U-1338, August 19, 198U, pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding ratified by the Board of Supervisors October 2Q, 1981, effective November 21, 1981, the pay rates shown in Fable "A" shall be applied retroactively to all regular employees in the General and the Management, Confidential and Supervisory Units to July 4, 1981. §~(~). An employee, as designated by the Board of Supervisors, may be removed frau~ the SAL provisions of the ~10U mentioned above. Such employee shall be compensated at the bi-weekly rates shown in Table "A" increased by U.U625°/a rounded to the nearest whole dollar. Section 4. This urgency ordinance shall take effect on November 24, 1981, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Gridle Herald a newspaper published in the Counter of Butte, State of California.
