AN ORDINANCE 20NING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "PA-C" (PLANNED
AREA CLUSTER} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows ;
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
e County of Butte, State of California, shall be and is hereby
6 zoned "PA-G" (Planned Area-Cluster) District, amending Ordinance
7 #1120 with regard to the expansion of the recreation building, and
8 subject to the restrictions, restricted uses, and regulations of
9 Section 3 below, Ordinance #1120, and pursuant to Butte County Code
10 Section 24-126.
11 Said area so zoned being Located in the unincorporated
12 area of Butte County, north of Paradise, more particularly described

14 All that portion of Section 26, T23N, R3E, MDBFM
described as follows

Beginning at a 2" iron pipe tagged R..C.E. 9033 marking
16 the most southerly corner of Lot 116 of Paradise Pines
Unit No. 6 as said Lot 116 is shown on the official plat
17 thereof, filed in the office of the Recorder of Butte
County, in Baok 35 of Maps at Pages 92, 93, and 94;
lg thence from said point of beginning along the southerly
boundar of said Paradise Pines Unit No, b the fallowing
lg five (5~ courses: (1) N 45° 29' S0" E 135.OD ft. (2)
N 84° 43' 04" E 40.00 f t., (3) from a tangent that bears

of beginning and containing 10.275 acres, more
ox less, 5 miles north of Paradise.
SECTION 2. The use and development of said property shall
5 e in accord with the development plan submitted by the applicant,
6 s conditioned and incorporated herein by reference. Said condi-
7 ~tioned development plan collectively consists of the following
g ocuments: ',

13 SECTION 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of Chapter 24-
14 26 of the Butte County Code the following provisions shall govern
15 he use and development of said property:
16 (a) The buildings as shown on the development plan shall
17 e limited to recreational uses and activities; and
lg (b) The storage of materials and objects around the re-
19 reational buildings and facilities as shown an the development plan
2p hall be limited to those which are necessary ta, appurtenant to and
21 ustomarily associated with the residential and recreational use of
22 he development; and
23 (c) The height of all principal structures as shown on
24 he development plan shall not exceed a height of two (2) stories

2g SECTION 4. This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby

~, ideclared to be in full force and effect from. and after thirty (30)
2 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of ~
3 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be pub-
4 lished once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors
g ating for and against it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper pub-
s fished in the Gounty of Butte, State of California.
7 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
g County of Butte, State of California, on the lst daY of December,
g 1981, by the following vote:
