ORDINANCE N0. 2260
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE''OF CALIFORNIA, AN "M-l" (LIGHT
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte; State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows;
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the Gounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned~~as an "M-1" (Light Industrial) District, and such area shall
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
8 pursuant ,to Butte County Code Section 24-114.
9 Said area sn zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Oxoville, more particularly described as
ll follows:
12 All that certain real. property situate in the
County of Butte, State of California, described as
13 follows:
14 PARCEL ONE; All that portion of the NW 1/4 of Sec.
32, T19N, R4E, N1DBF~M, described as follows:

Beginning at the .point of intersection of the E right-
- 16 of-way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad and the S
line of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Sec. 32, distant
17 along last mentioned Tine 18 ft. moxe or less, W of the
SE corner of said NK~ l/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec. 32; thence

NW 1/4 of Sec. 32, and to and along the N line of that
19 certain tract conveyed by W. B. Hengy and Alte D.

PARCEL T~1T0: All that real property situate in the
N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE l/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Sec. 32, T19N, R4E, MDBFM, lying W of the W line of
the Oroville-Palermo County Highway.
Beginning at a point in the ~~ right-of-way line of
said Oraville-Palermo Highway where the same is inter-
sected by the N line of the SE 1/.4 of the NW 1/4 of .
said Sec. 32; thence running W along said line a distance
of 640.00 ft, to the intersection of the N and S center-
line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Sec. 32; thence
S along said line a distance of 382.2 ft.; thence E,
639.2 ft. more or less, to a paint in the W right--of-way
line of said Oxaville~Palermo Highway; thence N along
said right-of-way line to the paint of beginning,
Containing 9.65 acres, more or less, S of Oroville.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thixty (30)
'days af~terthe date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the. Oroville Mercury, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the lst day of December
11981, by the fallowing vote:
