AN ORDINAI~CE ZON~NG A POR'~ION OF THE GOi3NTY OF BIITTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN R-2 {DUPL~X RESTD~N`~TAT~)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The ~oard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, 5tate of California,
2 under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte Coun~y Code of said County DO
3 ORDAIN as follours:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County of
5 Bu~te, State of California, sha11 be and it is hereby zoned as an R-2 (Duplex
6 Residential) Di,stra.ct, a~.d such area sh.aJ.l be subject to the zes~.ricCions and
7 restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-~.38.
S Said area so zoned being 1.ocated in the unincorporated area of Butte
9 County, Orovil.l.e, more particularly described as follows:
