of CaliFornia, ~~ ORDAIN, as Fol.Iows:
Section 1. Tha~ S~ction 2-13 of Article Ii of the 8utt.~:
County Cad~ is hereby amended to read as follnws:
§2-13. Regular meetings.
Regular me~~ings of the board of super~isors shall be
held o~ ~h~~first and third Tuesday of eacf~ month, at 9:0~ a.m.;
howc~ver, when Tuesday falls on a iegal holiday or when the board
determines, by a majarity vate, to dispense with o~e {1) ar mor`e
mee~.a.ngs ar change the ti.me thereof, then the board shall. announce
at a regular meEting preceding the holiday or ehange, the date and
~ime of the next regular meeting.
Sectio~ 2. 7his ordinance a.s hereby ar~d it is declared to
be in full force and effect from ancf after thirty (30) days after
the date o~' its passage, and before the expiration of Fifteen {15)
days aftes ~.rs passage, tF~is ardinance shall be published once with
~he names af the members of the ~oard of Supervisars votang far and
ag~inst it in the ~~flroville Mercury ,~ , a news~aper
~u6li.shed in the County af Butte, 5tate of Cal.ifocnia.
