AN ORDINANC~ REPEALING ORQINANCE NQ. 2445
The Board of 5upervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
5ection 1. ~'hat Ordinance No. 2445 adopted by the Board of
Supervisars of ~he Co~nty of Bt~tte, State of Cal~farnia, on November
27, 1984, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance is hereby and it ~.s declared to
be in fu11 force and effecti fram and after thir~y (30} days after
the date af its passage, and before ~he expiration of fiftesn (15)
days aff.er its passage, this ordinance sha~l be published once with
the names of the members of the Board af Supervisors voting for and
agains~ i~ in the Chico Enterprise Record ~ a newspapeF
published in the C~unty of Butte, State af CaliFornia.
