: AN URGENCY ORD~NANCE REPEAL~NG ORD~NANCE N0. 2462
The Board o~ Staperviso~s of t~e County a~ But~e, State of
Ca]..i~orni.a, l~0 ORDAIN, as follows: .
Secti.an 1. That Ordinance Na. 2.462 adop~ed by the Baard of
S~zpervisors o~ the County of Butte, State of California, an -~f~I
, 7.9$5, is hereby repealed.
Section 2. ~'his urgency ardinance sha13~ take ef~ect
immediately u~on its passage, and before the expiration o~ fifteen
(15} days a~ter its passage, sha1.1 be publ~shec~ once with the names
of the ~nembers of the Board of Supezvisors voting for anc~ against
the same in a~ews~a~er of general circulation publ~.shed in the
County of Butte:,. sta'te a~ Ca7.ifornia.
The ~ac~.s canstituting the urgency on which this ordinance
is based are:
l. Ordinance 2462 ~s not carrect ana should not
go into effect as this Board has adopted a new oraa.nance.
2. The safety and wel~are of ~he citizens o~
~h~ County of Butte.
