Sectians 24-132, 24-].38, 24-14Y, and 24-3.44 of th.e 4 Bu~te County Code are hereby de~.eted in their entireLy. 5 S~CTION 2. Section 24--I30 of the Butte County Code is hereby 6 added to read as follows: 7 SeCtion 24--130 Residentia~ or "R" Zone. PET1t~~S~ AND TNTENT 8 rt is the purpose and intent of the Residential or "R" zone ta 9 provide suitable areas and environments for fam~Iies, individual owners and renters in sma~.ler, relatively compact, multiple family, common wal~ 10 dwellings.
