rt is the purpose and intent of the Residential or "R" zone ta

10 dwellings. The "R" zone is intemded to pxov~de fflr a mixture of housing

11 condominiums, apartmen~.s ana mobiI.e home parks developed eo hi.gher
densities. The "R" zone :Ls intended to sCab~.l.f.ze neigh~orhoods of these

potentially destruc~f.ve uses. The T~R" zone wilZ be app].ied w~~h~.n ~he urban

Residential development where urban services are more fully developed.
