BUTTE COUNTY CODE
The Baaxd of Supexvisors of the County of But~e, Sta~e of
California, DO ORDAIN, as foll~ws:
SECT~QN 1. Section 24-66 of the But~e Gounty God~ is
Ihexeby amended to read as fallows:
~24-b6 A-Z {General) Zone.
(A) Uses perm~.tt~d: A1~. uses except those ~or which a
use permit i.s xequired under {paragraph) (b) below are pexmi~ted.
(B) Uses r~quiring use ~ermits: The follawing uses are
pexmitted su~jec~ to s~curing a use permit in each case:
