AN ORDINANCE ESTABL~SH~NG SPE~D LIMFT ON CERTAIN ROADS
WITH~N 'FHE COiINTY 0~' ~UT'I'~, STAT~ 4~' CALIFORN~A
(Vehicle Cod~ Section 2235$)
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County af Butte, State of Ca~ifornia,
2 does ordain as follows: .
3 Sect~an 1: Said $oard finds and determines that upon the basis of an
4 engineering and traffic sur~ey~ the Buttie County highways hereinafter described
6 come within the provisi.ans of Section 2235$ of the Vehi~ie Cade of the State
~ ot C~lifornia, in that a speed Zimzt of fifty~five (55} miles per hovr is mar~
7 than is reasonab~.e and safe on said highways and determines and declares a prima
8 facie speed limit on such Butte County highways as follows:
9 That a prima facie speed ]~imi.t of TwenGy-five {25) ma.3.es per hour is
~0 hereby determined, declared and estabZished and tha~ SPEEB LIMIT 25 MiLES signs
