under and pursuant ~o Chapter 24--29 of the Butte County Code of said County, DO

SECTZON l. The hexeinaf~.er~described area sitiua~ed in the County of
IButte, State af California, s~a~.~. be and it is hereby zoned as an ATt-MH (Agr~-
cul.tural Residential - Mobile Home) District, and such area sha1.~. be subject to
the restx'i.ctions and rest~icted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coun.ty
Code 5ection 2~-93.
Said area so zoned being lo~ated in the unin~orporated area of Autte
