~he Board of Supervisors of the Countp af ~utte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Bu~te County
Code o~ said County DO ORllATN as follows:
SECT~ON X. The h~r~inafter described area situate ~n the
County of Butte, State of CaZifornia, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an ~R-10 {Foothil~ Recxeat~onal - 10 acre partels}
District, and such area shaZl be subject Co th~ restrictions and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant tio Butite Countiy Ca~e
Section 2~-112.2.
Said area so zoned being located in the un~ncorporated
area of BuCCe County, Oroville, more particularZy described as

Cali.fornia.
