The Board of Supervisors of the County of Bu~te, State of Cali~ornia, under and pursuanC to Chapte~ 24-29 of the But~e Co~nty~ i ~ Code of said Countp DO ORAAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate in the County o~ Butte, State o~ California, shall be and it ~s hereby zoned as an A-40 (Agricultura~) District, and such area sha~~ be sub~ect to the restrictions and xestricted uses and regu~at~ons pursuant ro Butte Coun~y Code Secrion 24-81. Said area so zoned being located in ~he unincorporated area o~ Butte County, Chico, more part~cular~y described as follows: All that portion of "Chico Prune Orchard" per map of recard in Map Boak 7 an Page 27 an f~1e in rne Office of the Butte Gounty Recorder lacated south and 2ast of Mud Creek, and a11 of Lo~ 6 of "Brooke Estate" per that map of record ~n Map Boak 9 on Page 37 on file in the of~ice of the Butte County Recorder. Containing 110 acres, more or less, Chico area. SECT~ON 2.
