under and pursuan~. ta Chap~er 24~29 of the Butte County Code of said County DO
ORDAIN as fo~.J.ows:
S~CTSpN 1. Tlze hereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an SR-1 {Suburban
Residential - 1 acre parcels) Distr~ct, and such area shall be subject to the
restri~tions and restricted uses and regulations p~rs~ant to $~tte Cou~ty Cod.e

Said area so zonad heing located ~.n the unincorporated area of Butte
County, Chica, more par~icularl.y describet~ as follows:
Lot 15, as shown on that certain Map entit~.ed, "~'irst Subdivisian
of the ~ay' ~'rac~", which was filed in the office of the Recorder
of the County of ~utte, State of California, on February 4, 1985,
in Book 1 of Maps, a~ Page 42.
