The Board of Supervisors of the County of 8ut~e, State of
CaTifornia, DQ ORDAi~, as follows:
Sectian 1. The Code of Butte County, Chapter 14, Section T4-703,
is hereby amended to read as fa7lows:
§1~~103. C~~ation. A13 employees of the County of Butte, when
d~r~cted to da so by thetr appoi~ti~g authority or ~he appoi~~ing
au~hority's des~gnated representative, are authorized to ~ssue citations
for v~olations of this ardinance and any imp7ement~ng resoluti~~.
Sec~ion 2. This ord~nance is her~by and 7t Ts declared to be
in full force and effect from and aft~r ~hirty (30) days after the date
of its passage, and before the ~xpiration of fifteen (T5) days after its
passage, this ordinance shall be ~ub~ished once with t~e names of the
members of the Board of Supervisors voting far and aga~nst i~ in
the Orovi7Te Mercury , a newspaper published i~ the County
~of Sutte, Sta~e of CaTifornia.
