under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of th~ ~~.tte County Code of said County DO
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hareinafter descri~ed araa sitv.ate in the County o~
Butta, State of California, shali be and it is hereby zoned as an FR-5 (Foothill
Re~rea~.ipnal - S acre pa~ceJ.s) Aa.stri.ct, and sucYz area shall be subject to the
restrictions and restricted uses and ragu.~ations pursuant to Butte County Code
5ection 24-1~.2.1..
Said area so zoned heing located in the unincorporated area of Butte
County, east of Chico, more partiCUlarly' described as f~ol.l,aws:
All that portion of Lot 5 of that parcel ~nap of record in Map
Book 80 on pages 45 through 4$ on file in the office af the $utta
County Recorder, loca~ed east of Bu~te G~eek.
Containing 2 acres, more or less, east of Ghico.
