under and pursuant ta Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County Code of sazd County' ~0

SECTION 1. Z`he ~ereinafter described area situate in the County of
Butte, State of Ca~.~fornia, sha11 be and i~. is kzer~by zaned as a TM-5 (Timber
Mountain - 5 ac~e parcels) 17istrict, and such area shall ~e subject to the re-
strictions and restrictad uses and regu~atians pursuant to Butte County Code
Sec~ion 24-174.
Said area so zoned being located in the uninco:rparated area o~r Butte
County, north of Paradise, more partieularly descri3~ed as follows:
The SW 1/4 of the N~ 1/4 0~ S~c. 1$ '~23N R4E MDB&M. Excapting
therefrom the W 1/2 0~ the W 1/2 of the W1/2 of the SW I/4 of the NE
1/4 of said Sec~ion I8.
That portion of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. 18 T23N R4E P'~DB&M
located N and W of the tog flf the b~.uff of the Little West Fork.
Containing 50 acres, mo~e or 7.ess, north o~ Paradise.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall he and it is hereby deciared to be ini
fu1~. fo~ca and ef~ect ftrom and after thirty (30} days after ~he date af its
passaga, and before the expiration of fz~teen (IS} ~ays after its ~assage,
this Ordinance sha1.1 be_publ.i.shed once with the names of tne members of the
Board of Supervisors votir~g for and again.st it in the Paradise Post, a newspaper
pub~.ashed a.n the County of Butte, State of Cali.~rornia.
