The Baaz~d of Supervisors af the Cnunty of Butte, Sta~e of
California, DO ~RDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Th~ Code of Bu~.~.e County, Cal~fornia, Chapter
21, Ar~icle III, is hereby amended to add the following:
§21~-19.'1. Assessor's Parcel Numbers. A1.1 deeds, ~eases,
ins~rumen~s, or other writings, by whicE~ lands, tenemenf.s, or ather
real~.y, is sold, gran~.ed, assigned, transfer~ed, or otherwisE
canveyed, shal]. have space thereon for inclusaor~ of any tax roll
parcEl ~umbe~ applicable to the subject property; the recorder sha].~.
not accept any such deed, lease, ~nstrumer~t, or con~eyar~ce, for
recording, unless tha.s portiort of said document has been cnmp~eted.
5ectian 2. This ordinance is hereby ar~d it is declared ~.o
be in full force and effect frotn and after thirty (30) days after
the date of its passage, and before the expira~ion of fifteen (15)
days after its pas~age, this ordinanc~ sha11 be publashed once
wi~.h the names of the mambers of the Board of SupErvisars voting
for and against it in the Orovil7e MerCUry , a
newspaper pub~.ished in ~he County of Bu~te, State of Ealifornia.
