' At~i ORDINANCE~ZONING A PORTION.OF ~HE COUN'~Y OF BUTTE,.
S~ATE 0~ CA~~~O~IA, A~R-20 (FOOTHSLL RECREATIONAL)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
I The Board of Supervisors of the Caunty of Butte, Stata of
'California, under and gursuant to Chapter 24-29 0~ the Butte Cnun~y Code
of said County DO ORDA~~ as follows:
SECTION I. The hereinafter deseribed area situate in th~ County
of Butte, S~a~e of California, sha~~ be and it is hereby zoned as a FR-20
(Foothill Recreational - 20 acrej ~istrict, and such area sha1l be subject
to the ~estrictzons and res~ricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte
County Code Sec. 2~-1I2.3.
Saxd area sn zoned being locatad ~n the unincorporated area of
Buti~e Gounty, North of Oroville, more particularly described as ~ollows:
Al1 that portion af the NE 1/4 of Sec. ~6 T22N R4E MDB&M
located south and east. o~ the cente~~ine af Concow Aoad,
All tha~ portion of the westerly 1926 feet of the NW 1/4
of Sec. 15 ~22N ~4~ MI3B&M located south o~ the centerline
of Concow Road.
Containing 72.8 acres, more'~or less, Concow area, north
of Oroville.
SECTTON 2: This Qrdznance shall be and it is hereby daclared
to ~e in full forca and effect from and after thirty (30) days aftar ~he
date of its passage, a~d bEfore the exgiration of fifteen tI5} days after
i~s passage, this O~dinance shall be published ance with the names o~ the
members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the
Oroville ~ercury, a newspaper published in the Coun~y of But~e, State o~
~California.
