ORDINANCE N0. 2507
AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTiON OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CAL.IFORNIA, A TPZ-160, (TIMBER PRESERVE)
DISTRICT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
Z The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter ~4-29 of the Butte County Code
3 of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION l. The hereinafter described area situate in the County
5 of Butte, State of Califnrnia, shali be and it is hereby zoned as a TPZ-160
6 (Timber Preserve - 160 acre) District, and such area shall be subject to the
7 restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County
$ Code Sec. 24-190.
9 Said area so ~zoned being located in the unincorporated area of
10 Butte County, Feather Falls, more particulariy described as follows:
I1 A11 of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Sec. ll T20N R6E hIDB&M.
Excepting therefrom that 24.8 acre portion sold to the State
I2 of California as described in that deed recorded in Book
13fi2, Page 557 or~ File in the office of the Butte County
13 Recorder.
I4 Ail of Sec. 19, T20IV R6E MDB&M. Excepting therefrom that
18.3 acxe portion sold to the State of California as
15 described in that deed recorded i.n Book 1632, Page 560 ;
on file in the office of the Butte County Recorder.

Containing 1098 acres, more or 1ess, Feather Falls area.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby declared

to be in full foree and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
19
date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after
20
its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the
21
members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and aga9.nst it in the
22
Oroville Mercury, a newspaper publishad in the County of Butte, State of
23
California.

25
Butte, State of California, on the7th day of Jdnuary , 19 86, by the
