The Board af Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
undar and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butt~ County Code of said Caunty ~l0
i ORDAIN as follows:
SEC~T4N l. The hereinafter dascribed area situate in tha Caun~.y of
Butte, State of California, sha1.1 be and it is hereby' 2on~d as an M-1 (Light
Zndust~ial} Bistrict, and such area shall. ba subject to the ~estri~tians and
rastricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Coc~nty ~ode 5ection 24-114.
Said area so zoned being located i.n the unincorpora~ed area of Butte
County, 4roville, more partiCUlarly described. as follows:
That portion of Lots 255 thraugh 264, Lots 267 through 280, and
Lots 2$2 through 288 af the "Lee Higgins xract" par that ~nap o~
